Lucy’s friend, Natalie, attended our meeting
with samples and the other information we
requested about having shirts, jackets and hats embroidered. We voted to have
red club shirts with the logo embroidered and Kentucky embroidered on the
sleeve. Of course you are welcome to order any other merchandise that you would
like and if you have something that you want embroidered, you can do that too.
She had samples of some men’s and ladies leather jackets that were awesome.
Bring your order form and any items that you would like embroidered to the next
meeting. I think the items you order are to be prepaid and the items that you
supply, she will have to let you know how much that will be. Thanks to Natalie
for taking time to come and talk to us.Our Nashville trip was a hoot! Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t put 12 people in a 7 passenger Yukon. The Gary Mobile took us downtown where they were having the Governor’s Inauguration and every policeman in Tennessee was there. Thankfully, we eluded police, parked and walked the streets of Nashville. We went into Coyote Ugly and were going to dance on the bar but…..we figured the guys would help us get up on the bar but they would be laughing so hard there wouldn’t be anyone to get us down. We went on Nashville Nights. You sure see some strange sights. Don and Judy said we kept them up past their bedtime but we all knew that Don took a nap during the ballgame so he was ready to PARTY!! Luckily we had a designated driver on the way home because the Gary Mobile encountered a car coming up the wrong way on the exit ramp. That pretty much sobered everyone up. Little T and Danny were in control and we were all safe. Who says these “50 something” people don’t know how to have fun!
