November 2006

Our November meeting was held at Guaranteed Pest Control with 21 members present.  Ronnie and Jennie arranged for us to eat at Mr. Cheeks after the meeting.  Awesome burgers!

November 200 We had some very interesting people at the Halloween Party.   Chesty Morgan, a Sumo Wrestler, several doctors and a nurse, Pirates from the Caribbean, a Flapper, several witches, a clown, Casey Jones (The Railroad Engineer), The Great Pumpkin, a blond Daisy Duke and of course several Red Necks.   Have you ever seen a Red Neck fight a Sumo Wrestler?  Me neither but it would have been funny!  I did do a chest bump with Chesty Morgan and that about knocked me down!  Dwayne and Greg provided some gooooood chili and Marthy Jo learned how to roast a hot dog.   Hope everyone had a good time.

Our “de tour of de counties” turned into a drive to Milford, Ohio to visit with some friends we made while in Branson.  We had 7 cars and we ate at the Quaker Steak and Lube.  That was a really neat place.  They had motorcycles, a race car and even an oldie Corvette hanging from the ceilings.  Everything on the menu had to do with cars.  Kaye got some hot wings and I think her mouth was still burning after we got back to Lexington.  We need to go back there on a drive this summer.  Dwayne was our lead man and he did an excellent job!
