Yellow box shows approximate location of Jerry's Restaurant. Jerry's burned around 1971 and the new Ky676 came along circa late 70s. Before then, US421 was an overpass that made a loop down to US60 going east. The unnamed road that runs behind Burley Oil, that was the original Leestown Rd (US421). Link to navigable map here.  This overpass bridge below was removed circa 1979 and US421 becomes Ky676 and now goes under US60 (Versailles Rd). Jerry's Restaurant would be on the right, just out of sight.  |
